If I lost my sticker or registration card, can I get a replacement through your site?
Yes! With Rocket Registration, you can renew your vehicle, as well as request new registration cards and stickers without making a trip to the DMV.
How long will it take to complete my order?
Transactions made before 3:45 pm PST will be printed and shipped the same business day. Transactions made afterhours or on the weekend will be printed and shipped the following business day.
How are orders shipped?
Shipping through USPS with options for early priority or overnight. All priority mail orders submitted after hours or on the weekend will be shipped the following business day.
What if my shipping address is different than the address on my registration card?
Not a problem. We can ship to the address of your choosing, including your place or work or even out of state locations.
Are there service fees?
Yes, we are a paid service that is licensed by the DMV. You can find our pricing here.
Do I have to be the registered owner of the vehicle to renew?
No. You can pay to register another person’s vehicle as long as the registration owner’s information matches the registration card. For your convenience, we can send the renewal sticker and card directly to the registered owner on file.
Will I receive a digital copy of my registration card?
Yes. We will email you a transaction receipt, including a copy of your registration card. Please note that the name and address will be removed in an effort to protect your identity.
How do I log into my account?
Simply visit our renewal site and enter your license plate and email address to log in to your account. From here, you can upload any required documents and reprint a digital copy of your registration card. Please note that digital copies do not include your name and address for privacy.
